Shipping

We ship our products only to Hong Kong.  If you wish to buy our products outside of Hong Kong - please contact your local distributor - http://simpleparenting.co/international-partners.

Delivery Time

We do everything we can to ensure that your Doona products will arrive as soon as possible at your home.

If the product/s are in stock, orders will arrive at the customer's house within 6-12 business days from purchase date. If the product/s you ordered are out of stock, your order will be dispatched as soon as all items you ordered are in stock. In such a case, we will inform you as soon as possible of the possible delay.

If Simple Parenting is unable to fulfill its obligations due to no fault of its own and the goods ordered by the customer will not be available for a period of at least one month due to force majeure, Simple Parenting can withdraw from the purchase contract. In the case of a withdrawal by Simple Parenting, Simple Parenting will promptly inform the customer and will immediately refund the payment already made to the customer.
