Cancellation & Returns
Returns are possible within 14 days. This two-weeks period starts from the day after you receive your order (or from the day after you receive the last item of your order). You have 14 calendar days to cancel your order or change it if you have changed your mind. If 14 days since your purchase have passed, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If you wish to return a product, you will be asked to send it back to our warehouse. Please note that the shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. The refund will be for the goods costs only. You must inform us of your decision to return the product before you send it back to our warehouse.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the goods have already been shipped, the order cannot be changed.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Traveler Innovations Limited, 4A 12 Shipyard Lane, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange your product for a different color, or a different product, please contact us.
If you receive faulty goods, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them, or get a refund.
Please return your item back to us within 30 days after finding the fault, and remember to inform us of before you send it back to our warehouse. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
Traveler Innovations Limited can refuse to return a product if it is associated with disproportionate costs, or if the damage to the product caused by improper use.
If the customer or a third party commissioned by the customer has attempted to fix the defects themselves and this increases or causes further defects, the liability for defects is excluded.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Any additional guarantees granted by Traveler Innovations Limited shall not affect the statutory warranty claims of the customer.
